Pastor Will Yancy has been in spiritual leadership since 1987, and pastoral ministry since 1996 when he pioneered Triumph Ministries Church of San Leandro. Currently, senior pastor at Impact Church Bay Area, Pastor Will enjoys developing mature disciples for kingdom outcomes and gospel impact. He is known for his practical and dynamic teaching style which helps people apply the spiritual truths of Scripture to their everyday lives.

Pastor Will enjoys supporting pastors in the San Francisco Bay Area and has served as a mentor at Fuller Theological Seminary guiding pastors through spiritual formation practices. As a leader in Domestic Violence and Batterer Intervention since 2002, Pastor Will serves as Executive Director of Triumph Educational Center. This program provides counseling services for families in crisis and training for pastors, faith leaders, and organizations throughout the Bay Area working with people impacted by family trauma.

Pastor Will and his wife, Jackie, were married in 1988, and are parents to three adult children, Yakima, Aisha, and Eurydice.
